FreshCrate · Brand Identity and Ad Campaign
FreshCrate partners with local corner store owners in the Govanstowne neighborhood of Baltimore to provide fresh produce (apples, oranges, potatoes, green peppers, carrots and more), for their customers year-round. The community service was set up to provide a healthy alternative and address the food desert that exists in this York Road corridor. I led a naming process as part of the brand development and eventually landed on FreshCrate. A series of direct mail, posters, point-of-purchase displays, and bus shelter ads were designed as part of the campaign launch in the community.
